Steps

Steps is a residential complex in Batumi, located a couple of hundred meters from the Black Sea coast, and between it and the new building there is a park of Lech and Maria Kachinsky. Apartments of various sizes and formats can be purchased starting from the fifth floor. The building houses a recreation area, a hotel, and next to the new building - shopping centers, cafes, casinos and hospitals.
